MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

Current members in full playing categories (from Classic, Full playing, Masters, Bridging, Young Adult) opting to downgrade their membership category (to Lifestyle) please be informed that if you wish to subsequently upgrade, it will be subject to the current joining fee at that time.

Only applicable to members who have been in full playing categories for 2 years or more are eligible to downgrade into the Lifestyle category.
The Lifestyle category is closed to new members

A Guide to your Membership at Federal Golf Club

The Federal Membership year begins on the 1st of October and concludes on the final day of September each calendar year.

A Pro Rata rate is offered as each month passes for Classic, Family, Full Playing, Bridging, Young Adult, 9 Hole and Junior 12-18yr categories.

CLASSIC - $5385

Joining Fee - $2000

The premier category is designed for passionate and committed golfers with a range of exclusive benefits specifically designed to enhance the overall experience at the Club. Classic Members are able to play in regular daily competitions along with play in all social times. Women’s competitions are played on Tuesdays. Open competitions are played Tuesday to Sunday.

Unlimited course access excl. gender specific times
No competition fees for regular daily events Monday - Sunday.
Complimentary range balls (Maximum 1 x bucket per day)

Our most popular category which allows full access to the golf course and participation in the many competitions and social offerings available. Full Playing Members are able to play in regular daily competitions along with play in all social times. Women’s competitions are played on Tuesdays. Open competitions are played Tuesday to Sunday.

Federal has a long history of encouraging youth golf and this package reflects our flexibility and understanding of the challenges young adults face when newly entering the workforce. Membership includes:

2 year Maximum Term
Competition playing rights in 9 hole events.
9 hole Social play – Per day

With our storied history of player development and proven Academy, Federal is the place to develop and enjoy the wonderful lifelong sport of golf. This category is available to children and young adults aged 12 to 17 years of age.

SUB JUNIOR - $55

No Joining Fee

Federal is actively seeking juniors younger than 12 years of age to enjoy the facilities and fall in love with the game of golf in a welcoming environment. Twice in each school term Sub Junior category Members are also taken onto the course to experience what it’s really like to be out and having a hit.
